Rural Mississippi Jail is now a Library

Join Pod Squad member, Susan Liles on her visit to the library in Macon, Mississippi.  The building was once a jail complete with an indoor hanging trap door, but now this building serves the members of community in a more meaningful way.

Residents of this small, rural town have little access to technology nor the training to use it effectively.  Thanks to the help of the dedicated library staff, members of the community are able to apply for jobs, take classes, and connect with family and friends through email.
